Campus Pastor James Norlie has served Luther House since 1995. He’s available for preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and student leadership development.

Lutheran Campus Ministry has served the OSU community since 1926.

We're a welcoming, inclusive, traditional yet progressive, Christ-centered, Spirit inspired community. Students, faculty, university staff and folks from the wider community call Luther House home.

We love questions, wrestle with them, struggle to understand what God's purpose is for us how and to what we're being called.

We pray, sing, eat, worship, listen, learn, talk, challenge, support, comfort, serve.

We take seriously the world in which we live and strive to care for it and all living things because we believe the created world is precious in God's sight.

One pastor (Jim Norlie), one office and hospitality coordinator (Hannah), a bunch of student leaders, several regular volunteers, and a ministry board help lead this ministry forward. OSU and Luther House alums are doing amazing things throughout the world as they serve God and others.

We're supported by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Oregon Synod and Region 1, several congregations and communities of faith and a whole lot of individuals who care that this ministry continues long into the future.

Our mission is to:

invite the university community to see what God is doing in the world

explore the deep questions of faith and life

nurture body, mind, and soul

equip students and others in faithful living

send servants of faith to people in need

We look forward to you joining us in this amazing adventure called Lutheran Campus Ministry!
