Beyond OSU
Personal Interests:

I am from Pacific Grove, California. Water has been and continues to be a passion of mine. I enjoy stepping off the continent, paddling outside of the breakers, and sliding on waves back to shore. I have the honor of caring for an eagle named Totetosai (fades to white), she came to me as a juvenile in black plumage and recently began to fade to white. I have a B.S. in Environmental Science with an emphasis on watershed science from Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls. In the fall of 2014 I will begin graduate studies in water resource science at OSU.

Biography

I've been a graphic designer, residential designer and builder, and architectural designer. Currently I work for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as a biological technician within the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program. I help assess the current ecological health of rangelands and make recommendations on how to best restore physical, chemical and biological processes to the land.
