Multicultural Greek Council

The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) serves multicultural and cultural-based Greek-lettered organizations that had included Latinx, Asian interest, and Native American-based chapters.

MGC's mission is to promote diversity, communication, and cooperation among its member organizations and to advance the ideals of scholarship, service, and unity throughout the greater Oregon State University (OSU) and Corvallis Community.

Our council has a strong connection to social justice principles and you don’t have to identify as a member of a certain cultural group to join one of our chapters, all are welcome and encouraged to explore what our chapters offer!

How to Join:

If you are interested in joining an MGC sorority or fraternity on campus, we recommend attending as many council-sponsored programs as you can to get to know current members.

Each individual MGC organization also hosts various programs and activities on campus that are open to all students. By attending these programs and activities you can introduce yourself to members of the fraternity or sorority that you are interested in and learn more about their individual joining process.
