This September, we’re carpooling up to Independence, Oregon for the third year in a row to host a dance. We’ll be sharing the wider culture of swing dancing with the folks of this town.

The format will be similar to our regular dances, with an hour-long beginner lesson followed by two hours of social dancing.  We have an hour long lesson starting at 7pm followed by social dancing till 10pm.

Free live music and dancing in Corvallis, as well as food and games!

It’s late summer. The weather is nice, school is out, and free time abounds. Corvallis Swing is celebrating by hosting a free evening of food, games and music.

Join us, and bring your friends, family, and a picnic basket along. This is going to be a blast.

The event is a potluck (and we also would have our alcohol permit ready)!  We would not offer any introductory lesson.  The picnic starts at 6:30pm and continues until 10pm!

Hello dance entusiasts!

Every summer, Corvallis Swing Dance Society organizes swing dance in the park by "The Arts Center Plaza" on 700 SW Madison Ave.  This is one of the very few outdoor events on offer and is a good way to meet new community members and have loads of fun dancing!  And of course, the event is "free"!  We offer 30 min lesson starting at 7pm followed by social dancing till 9pm.

Join us for Corvallis Swing Society's first dance event for this year's spring season at Odd Fellows North Hall!  A beginners' lesson will be taught by our experieced community members from 07:00pm until 08:00pm followed by 3 hours of social dancing!

OSU will be holding its weekly meeting. This week, we will be hosting Robert Allen. He is the Director of Graduate Student Services and Development. He will be making a presentation on graduate school; should you consider attending and if so, how do you apply? If you are interested, please feel free to attend.
